We are a Black-owned, family-run business that has been keeping homes running since 2018. What started in Hoke County as a one-appliance-at-a-time repair service has grown into something considerably bigger, and we have served thousands of customers across the region in the years since.
Between us we bring 20 years of combined experience to the work. That is the part that matters when something unfamiliar is in front of you: somebody on the team has usually seen it before.
How we grew
Appliance repair is where we began and it is still the heart of what we do — refrigerators, washers, dryers, dishwashers, ovens and microwaves, fixed in your home rather than hauled away.
Over time our customers kept asking whether we could look at other things too. So we did. Today we also handle HVAC, residential electrical work and water filtration — which means one company you already trust can take care of most of what goes wrong in a house.
Serving our military community
We work right next to Fort Bragg, and a large part of our community is active duty, National Guard, retired and veteran families. We understand what a PCS timeline looks like, and what it is like to hold a household together while someone is deployed. Tell us what you are working around and we will do our best to fit it.
How we work
We tell you the price before the work starts. We tell you honestly when something is not worth fixing. And we treat your home like somebody lives there — because somebody does.
Family owned, locally rooted, and still answering the phone ourselves.
